Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Officer to join our dynamic and driven finance department. This role will take ownership of payment service provider (PSP) reconciliations and related financial processes. The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring accurate transaction processing, timely reconciliations, and smooth migration to our PSP automation tool.
Key Responsibilities
- PSP Transactions: Calculate and post PSP transactions to the accounting system with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconciliations:
- Perform PSP balance reconciliations and transactional reconciliations.
- Monitor bank control accounts and ensure all balances are fully reconciled.
- Reconcile crypto wallets and ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Complete intercompany postings and reconciliations.
- Affiliate Finance: Calculate and post affiliate commission payments.
- Audit & Reporting: Assist with PSP audit queries and provide supporting documentation as needed.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the migration and ongoing optimization of our PSP automation tool.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally within the iGaming industry or a high-volume transaction environment.
- Advanced reconciliation skills are essential; familiarity with PSP operations is a strong asset.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP experience a plus).
- Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to work effectively within a motivated finance team.
