Human Resources Assistant
We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team in our Marbella, Spain office. You will work alongside the Head of HR, supporting various HR functions to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience.
About the Role:
As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department with administrative tasks, recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- HR Support: Assist the Head of HR with various HR tasks and projects, providing general administrative support to the department.

Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Post job openings on various platforms and assist with candidate sourcing.
- Conduct initial resume screening and coordinate interview bookings with hiring managers.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive the necessary information and resources.
- Coordinate with IT and administration to arrange equipment and credentials for new hires.
- Employee Records and Contracts: Maintain and update employee records, assist with contract preparation, renewals, and other administrative tasks.
- Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and office events. Coordinate logistics for company-wide meetings and other gatherings.
- Administrative Support: Help ensure compliance with local regulations and assist with monitoring policy adherence.
Mandatory Skills:
We are looking for someone who is organized and proactive. You should have:
- Proven experience as a secretary or assistant in a high-paced environment, HR experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to independently follow up on tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
