Senior CRM Manager
We're in search of a Senior CRM Manager to join our team at an exciting and well-funded new brand, characterised by its ambitious spirit. We want someone who brings structure, experience, and a get-it-done mentality to the table.
Responsibilities:
- Formulating and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy, engaging customers across all touchpoints.
- Facilitating seamless collaboration between teams through meticulous planning and timeline management, ensuring timely execution and productivity.
- Evaluating campaigns in close collaboration with the analytics team, adjusting strategies based on past performance and aligning with business objectives.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through impactful initiatives, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Establishing and tracking KPIs to measure CRM tool success, continuously optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Crafting personalized communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Creating comprehensive customer profiles for personalized experiences.
- Providing data-driven reports to senior stakeholders and executing A/B testing and automation strategies.
- Managing CRM workflows from initial brief to final delivery, collaborating with various departments for successful outcomes.
- Continuously improving CRM tool effectiveness and efficiency through logic enhancements and new implementations.
- Approving campaigns to ensure visual appeal, accuracy, targeting, and compliance with laws.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the gaming industry.
- Deep understanding of CRM best practices and technologies.
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on analytics and insights.
- Knowledge of industry laws and ethical standards in CRM activities.
- Strategic thinking ability to create innovative CRM strategies.
- Experience with Customer.io CRM tool is a plus but not mandatory
