Compliance Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Manager to oversee the company's regulatory and compliance functions. In this role, based in either Marbella or Malta, you will ensure that the organization adheres to all legal requirements, manages relationships with regulatory bodies, and maintains the highest standards of compliance. You will play a key role in guiding the company through audits, drafting policies, and ensuring the timely renewal of licenses. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and serve as the main point of contact for compliance queries.
- Oversee audits from regulators and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Draft, implement, and regularly update company policies and procedures to align with legal and regulatory standards.
- Manage due diligence requests from game providers, banks, and regulators, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Lead external compliance audits and ensure timely submission of all regulatory reports.
- Oversee license applications, renewals, and maintenance in multiple jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate compliance risks.
- Manage the onboarding process for new banks and providers, ensuring all necessary checks and documentation are in place.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance within the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience in leading audits and handling legal matters with regulatory bodies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AML and RG regulations is a plus.
